How Phantom is inherited
Phantom is co-dominant: one copy produces a visual Phantom, and two copies produce the Super Phantom. Breeding a Phantom to a normal gives about 50% Phantom babies.
New to these terms? See the genetics glossary.
Phantom is allelic with Butter, Lesser, Mojave, Mystic, Russo: they sit at the same spot on the chromosome, so an animal can carry at most two of them, and pairing them produces combination morphs.
Phantom x Mojave gives "Purple Passion". Verify allelic grouping.
