How Butter is inherited
Butter is co-dominant: one copy produces a visual Butter, and two copies produce the Super Butter. Breeding a Butter to a normal gives about 50% Butter babies.
New to these terms? See the genetics glossary.
Butter is allelic with Lesser, Mojave, Mystic, Phantom, Russo: they sit at the same spot on the chromosome, so an animal can carry at most two of them, and pairing them produces combination morphs.
